This paper explores Muslim women's role in the up-bringing of their children at the beginning of the Islamic era.
The outcome is evident in building a leading Islamic state.
Muslim mothers raised their children to follow the principles of Islamic faith and to sacrifice for the sake of Allah and the newlyborn nation.
Muslim mothers are live-examples for their children teaching them: the Holy Quran and its sciences; worship of Allah; courage; values, morality and ethics; taking Mohamed (peace be upon Him) and the companions as their guides; and sacrifice for the sake of Islam (Jihad and martyrdom).
