This research consists of a preamble maintaining the simplicity and facility of the Islamic Shariah "Législation" with its referees, which fulfills the people's interests, and uplift disturbance and adversity from their own.

The study also includes, two topics: the first includes views of scholars on the ordinance of prayer shortening in travel, in which the availability of two views, in général, were cleared.

One of them agréés with the view of shortening, the second disagrees with this view and supports an alternative view by raising this inquiry: is shortening or completing the prayer better or are both equal? This research also includes pieces of légal evidence on which each of them depends.

But the second includes the discussion of evidence of scholars who agree or disaagree with shortening one's prayer.

It also includes discussing views of scholars who see the inavailabity of hypothesis based on some evidence.
