Abstract EN

This research includes very important topic in the private international law topics which is: the subjective rules (the legal bases) to apply the subjective rules in the private international life.

The first section deals with the role of willing of members that agreed to apply the bases in the private international life.

In second one includes the roles of legislations, international and internal judging as a base for applying the subjective rules.

In he third part we have showed the role of Arabic and international jurisprudence as a base, to apply the subjective rules in the private international life.
