Abstract EN

This research deals the relationship between the institutional quality and the economic growth in the oil-producing Arab countries.

It concluded that there is a positive relationship between the per capita income and the institutional quality, this is consistent with the economic theory, this last is the most important factor for explained differences in per capita income and economic growth in the long term, also the institutional quality has the greatest impact on economic growth, followed by the degree of ownership of natural resources in the oil-producing Arab countries.
