Abstract EN

International economic relations are subject to the rules governed by international organizations.

These relations involve trade, which is organized by the rules of World Trade Organization within the framework of a multilateral world system.

Despite the importance of the role played by this organization, it has become a minor to meet contemporary developments, renewable interlinked issues.

Prompting many countries to implement a mega trade agreements which go beyond the idea of necessary economic and geographic proximity and equal opportunities for all members, to deep partnerships based on the role of the main actors in the global economy, and to revive the power-based system against the erosion of the rules-based system.

Which means asymmetry between states, hence, few are strong and the other are weak and followers.

This situation poses a significant challenge to developing countries, especially Arab ones.
