this study aims to identify the degree of adaptation of employees empowerment, (autonomy, teamwork, motivation) and its impact in creativity development in Fertial company, for this purpose ,the researchers designed a study model with two variables independent and dependent, after using the Spss program, the results showed a statistically significant relationship and positive impact between employee empowerment and creativity development ,based on the study provided a list of recommendations, and the most important is focusing on the principle of sharing knowledge between individuals, which increases the creativity In the context of empowered team work.
