The research aims to build a training program for the education of thinking skills for students - teachers, verification and its effectiveness in the pivotal thinking on pupils.

The researcher adopted the experimental design of a partial reset, select the research society as Co-chairman students - teachers from the fourth grades the science branch of the Life Sciences, Faculty of basic education (Babylon University, the number (59) students - male and female milestone - a parameter (30) of the Pilot Group, and an officer of the (29) and the community of pupils included all students at grade 5 of primary education in primary schools of the The pupils society encompassing all students at grade 5 of primary education in primary schools of the Directorate General of educational in Babylon governorate for the academic year 2015- 2016, Selected them a random sample of the total, (150) male and female pupils of each group controlling, bringing the total number in the two groups (300) male and female pupils, have applied the test the pivotal thinking on the pupils in science, after the end of the period of the educational application at the end of the second semester.

Was the building of the training program in accordance with the three phases: 1 – the planning (input) 2 – the implementation (operation) 3 – evaluation(output) Which are (13) a week, the time of the training session of three hours per week have been implemented in one day at a rate of 36 hours of training , The tool researcher was the pivotal thinking test of essay type which was contains (38) items in a final shape.Then the researcher determined the psychometric characteristics for it.

After the data statistically analysis ,the results revealed that: Superiority of pupils of students- teachers in the experimental group on pupils of students- teachers in controlling group.
