A brief review and of the extent of the efficacy and success of the national economy the mechanisms, whose infrastructure was destroyed by the French colonial rule for more than 132 years calls for a study of the causes of the failure mechanisms of self-governance in the period that preceded the movement of June 19, 1965 , which did not succeed in its entirety to eliminate negative legacy for colonization , and colliding with the will of the Altsahahiein who took it upon themselves to raise the spirit of the initiative to build a national economy based on improving the living conditions of the Algerian people, according to the major axes of these development options.
