The national elite abroad either in Europe or in the Middle East had in the second half of the 20th Century fundamental roles and contributions by which it supported the Algerian national movement to fight French colonialism.

Indeed, in no way these entries may be neglected.

It is likely that the main purpose of this study is to highlight these investments and the size of leadership roles of this group of nationalist emigrants who were distinguished during and after the world war II by characteristics and qualities.
