Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of managers of UNRWA schools in Rafah standards to communicate educational successful from the standpoint of teachers, the researcher used the descriptive method of analysis, and the scale of preparation on the standards of communication successful, the study sample consisted of (179) teachers from UNRWA schools in Rafah was to ensure the veracity of resolution and stability, where total reliability coefficient a (0.961), and after analyzing the questionnaire, the researcher on the results of several most important: there is no statistically significant differences in estimating the degree of commitment of managers of UNRWA schools in Rafah standards communicate the successful from the perspective of teachers attributable to the sex variable (teachers - parameters), years of experience, and grade (elementary, preparatory), and sex of the school (school boys, school girls, a joint school).
