The study aimed to set up general exercises and introductory exercises related to fencing weapon for learning the simple indirect attack with fencing weapon and to identify the effect of these exercises on groups as well as to learn about the differences between pretests and post-tests in the research sample groups as the researchers used experimental method because it suits the nature of the research.

The research community was selected intentionally from the students of the third stage / Physical Education College / University of Kufa for season 2014 and totaling 63 students and after the homogeneity of the sample in height, weight and age variables, the researchers applied the educational method on the research sample (experimental group) by using structural exercises and introductory exercises (compound exercises) in the section of the preparatory segment in the educational unit on the experimental group.

After the data was processed, which was obtained from the pretests and post-tests, it was concluded that: - Compound exercises (structural -introductory) had a positive impact to learn the simple indirect attack of fencing weapon.

- Existence of statistically significant differences between the pretests and post-tests for the two groups, control and experimental, of the research in the interests of the post tests.

The researcher recommended, including the following - The need to use the compound exercises (structural - introductory) in learning the technical performance of the simple indirect attack of fencing weapon.

- Emphasizing the importance of using the curriculum in line with the capabilities of the learners.
