Abstract EN

The objective of this research is to study and evaluate the relationship between Profits and Customer Deposits, Assets, and Loans of (15) fifteen Commercial Banks operating in Libya during the years of study, To learn about the change in this relationship before and after the block deal benefits debit and credit in all civil and commercial transactions, which take place between natural and legal persons, and the invalidity of any such transactions or benefits, in accordance with Libyan law No.

1 of 2013 on prevention of RIBA.

The research concluded that there is an inverse relationship, non-statistically significant negative between Profit and Customer Deposits, Assets, and Loans respectively, as follows: -0.1856,-0.195,-0.018, with the positive change in terms of variables studied including profits clearly still prevent RIBA.

In the light of the outcome of this research is that the most important recommendations of the Researcher is to develop, improve and expand credit policies away from interest-based transactions with the promotion of the concept of the loan.
