Report Indication of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) for different Sahabi Diligence and its Impact on Difference of Jurists Praise be to Allah , prayer and peace be upon the Messengers and on all his family and companions and after...The texts of the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger peace be upon him remains the headwaters of the affluent which treat with thirsty of Nation and meet the need of society in any time and place.

Our prophet peace be upon him has told us to stick them, he says "I have left amongst you two things which, if you hold fast to them, you will never stray: the Book of Allah, and my Sunnah." In reality diligence emerged with emergence of Mohamed's coming.

Prophet (peace be upon him) was diligent in matters and cataclysms which supported from Allah, and then companions took the same way from prophet in respect of diligence in his time with his absence and attend.

Prophet was supporting them if their diligence is right, sometimes correct them if they are wrong.

However, Sunnah is one of the Islamic sources.

Sayings of prophet to his companions on their sayings and actions became legislation of Islamic nations without difference of its jurists.

All these inter within declarative Sunnah when all jurists agree on specific matter.

Sometimes in the time of prophet, the companions have different diligence about one matter.

Prophet was agree on this conflict despite of their conflict which this topic will be our discussion.

Research will focus on this type which the report of prophet for difference of companions's diligence ،what is the result of acknowledgment, and what is the incurred impacts on it.

My approach in this research is following: 1.

I try to show Sunnah of prophet to show you its definition, kinds, conditions, and the pictures report of prophet to his companions, then I mentioned the difference between jurists and fundamentalists on matter of unity of right and its pluralism.

I researched some Hadith that shows the difference between companions on diligence and prophet has passed them despite of conflict of that, so I collected multiple types of Hadith which Allah helped me with that, and from consultation of people knowledge and their blessed guidance.

I came with types collected all kinds of worships which they are Hadith of purity, Hadith of prayer, and Hadith of zakat, and recently for fasting and pilgrimage.

Theses Hadiths despite of difference between companions about diligence , prophet has admitted them.

Therefore, this can be reason to show legitimacy of deference of diligence in sayings of companions.

In this humble research I stopped on reports of prophet (peace be upon him) to difference of companions' diligence and its indication at jurists in many derived provisions.

Here is the idea of research.

I tried my best to show this humble research in good picture, so if it is right so that is from please and generosity of Allah, or if it is mistake so this is from weak servant, and there is no power but yours.

I ask Allah to make this work pure for him and make it in his books ،he is aurally and respondent.
