Abstract EN

The phenomenon of the evolution of religions in terms of change; multiplicity of its groups, doctrines and trends, attempting to stand on their causes, and its schism in the same religion, have urged the researcher through rational view to study Christianity from that perspective.

I envision in this study to explore the evolution of doctrinal formulas from one format to another and from one methodology to another one, which is in constant change and alteration every now and then.

Based on an academic approach that relies on a doctrinal principle, it is clear that a true religion is not initially generated as a complicated theoretical metaphysics in accordance with the following statement: “The awakening of feelings in our lives always precedes the awakening of our thought”.

This may lead us to seek what could deviate it from its rightful foundation.

Could it be the fiducially and psychological conflicts that occur during political and intellectual events and is converted to specific formats? Could it be consequently generated beliefs in certain conditions dictated by certain circumstances? Through this evolution from a trend to another, rational objections were made.

To rid these objections, the Church envisioned that it could be tackled by characterizing them as Gnostic spirituality based on the elements of metaphysics.

This have forced it to immerse in the midst of Gnosticism, and thus added more complexity to its beliefs.

To unravel this doctrinal complexity, we need to be aware of the philosophy of formulating such beliefs, track their development and change from an event to another within the church and follow it in its multiple formats .This leads us to a different question; “What was the role of the Renaissance in confronting the church during its exploration to its doctrinal formulas? And what is cause of failures in this confrontation ?And what is the cause of failures
