The research addressed ihc scicntific, Quranic life of Imam Al- Shafi'i and the need to be highlighted in a way that shows his efforts.

The research talked about the origins of genius interpretation of Imam Shatl'i.

including: the early memorization of the holy Qur’an, his comprehension of both Al-kctab and Sunnah, and his sense of the profound beauty of the holy Qur'an, his knowledge of Al-Tafseer, his accurate recitation.

The research also talked about how others think of the genius interpretation of Imam Shaff I and mentioned those who collected Al- Shafi’s tafscer, and referred in particular to Al-Resala book as a source of tafseer for Al-Shafi'i, and the book of principles (AHKAM) of the holy Quran.

Then the research explained in details some of the total features of innovation and genius of Al-Shafi'i in sources of AI-Tafseer, Including: the interpretation of Qur'an by the Qur’an, and interpretation of the Quran by the prophetic Sunnah.

The research indicated that one of the most important rules is this (Sunnah doesn't contradict Al-ketab), the research mentioned that Imam Al-ShalVi referred to the interpretation of the Quran by the companions of the prophet, and also mentioned that some of the resources he relied on were; Al-Arabia.

and the extent of Authentic Shafi’i language in the eyes of investigators, and that he called the non-Arab Muslims to learn the Arabic language, and showed his citations.

The research then gave some detailed examples of the features of innovation and genius of Al-Shafi’i, such as his magnificent method in combining the principles of Fiqha and the principles of interpretation, and identifying the axes of the holy Quran and its purposes.

The research showed the ways that Al-Shafi’i used in his interpretation.

It also showed examples of accurate interpretive rules used by Al-shatVi to understand the holy Quran, and then it analyzed the relationship between Al-Shafi’i (mufaser) and others (mufaserin).
