Abstract EN

This paper studies the development of the political, economic, and military ties between Israel and China, following the end of the Cold War.

The paper sheds light on the strengthening of the political, commercial, economic, and cultural ties between them during the last two decades and reveals the secret military relationship between the two countries since the end of the 1970s.

The paper also focuses on the growing of Chinese investments in Israel during the last few years; analyzing the internal Israeli debate on the issue.

Finally, the paper exposes the Israeli military exports to China and the attempts by the two countries to by-pass the American prohibition of exporting military technology to China.
