Abstract EN

The article begins by introducing the “Transmission” which registers was moved out, Followed by studying the “Extrinsic elements” of documentary form, included binding, paper, inks, numbering and signs, page layout and how to analyses hand writing and it’s important in judgment on the authenticity of the document , then study the “intrinsic elements” of documentary form, included method and Language of writing , diplomatic parts, at last study the “genesis” of registers which tell us the way of writing registers and the steps of Documentation, In the end, a summary of the study results.
