Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to highlight the relationship between the university and the society through several dimensions.

This relation is influenced and influences by it directly and indirectly.

Each change is reflected in one form or another in the university as a cultural field that is concerned with disseminating knowledge.

Considering the scientific research as part of university linked to the development, progress, and technological and civilization advancement to emerge from underdevelopment.

Therefore, it has become a necessity for developing countries needs by activating their movement and dynamism, including the cost-effectiveness of production companies, and competitiveness if possible.

Then, the university has included it in its national priorities through the publication of the law of guidance of university scientific research for example.
