Abstract EN

This study attempts to shed light on the toolbox of integrated water resources management as a new method which consists of three axes : an enabling environment to promote the integrated water resources management ; institutional building ; water resources management tools, where these contribute to the strengthening of self-capabilities of States for analysis and assess the efficiency of the management of water resources and to identify weaknesses and procedures appropriate for the repair or strengthen points, this study provides an analytical framework to assess the level of achievement in the field of integrated water resources management.
