Abstract EN

This study aimed to highlight the impact of the creative abilities through its dimensions( originality, fluency, flexibility, sensitivity to problems) and the development of the productivity in Phosphate Mines company according to the objective of this study ; designed a questionnaire included 19 data in order to gather preliminary information and sample views , by using analysis and test hypotheses referring to statistical software packages of Social Sciences (spss) The study sample consisted of 35 individual study through data analysis and hypotheses reached the following results: There is a good level of creative capacity(originality, fluency, flexibility, sensitivity to the problems) of the Phosphate Mines company There is a positive effect between the level of creative abilities and productivity efficiency
