Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the role of the ethics of the medical profession in protecting the rights of the patient through a commitment to legal and islamic controls .

This is done to examine the historical development of medical ethics and how they were laying the foundations of the rules and etiquette of the profession by postural and Islamic perspective , in addition to stand on the most important rights that should be enjoyed by the patient according to the regulations of Islamic law .

The aim of this study is also to clarify the role of medical ethics in ensuring the rights of the patient through the commitment of the physician controls legitimacy .

The results showed learned from the research contribution of medical ethics and controls in accordance with Islamic law, the rights of the patient through the principle of medical responsibility towards the patient , which is its obligations in willful in harm and medical error , which must be compensated and violation of the assets of the medical profession , as well as to deceive the patient's claim of knowledge and the doctor refused treatment in cases of necessity The Forbidden treatment .

As explained in the results of the study also contribute to the principle of truth and uncover the secret to protect medical patient's right to information and the knowledge of the fact of his illness and his future health .

And the principle of self-esteem of the patient 's role in protecting the right to make a decision to approve the treatment or not.

It also contributes to the principle of privacy and confidentiality to protect the patient's right to maintain his secret and not divulging .
