Abstract EN

This paper has dealt with freedom project that the US has tried to implement in the Middle East and North Africa, in the period between 2002 and 2008.

This Research has focused on the issue of the American freedom project goals and means and the extent of its success.

Our interest in this project is due to its importance and impacts on the Arab World and the key role of its study in the analysis and assessment of the American policy.

We have divided this reach paper into three parts: The first studies Freedom as an American Project.

The second highlights the project ends.

The third focuses on the means of the project.

By relying on deconstruction and comparison, we end up by revealing the project goals and means which the American Official Documents have proclaimed and assessing the efficiency of the project.

And it was revealed that the nature of the project is unclear and that the US failed to make an effective democratic change in the region up to 2008 and was unable to improve world peace by the globalization of market economy.

The means it has implemented were unfit to the goals.
