This research aims to recognize how important is the leasing concerning the macro economy level, beside, we make it clear how we apply this investing style in the Algerian Al Baraka bank through this study.

We found out that the leasing coming to an end by possession is a formula of investing supply .It is appear because of economic circumstances to become among the most important and investing tools in Islamic banking thanks to many characteristics to individuals, establishments.

It keeps up with technology development that characterizes this time.

It plays an important role in investing and activate the economy activity circle through Islamic banking moreover, the leasing is about real assets , that is driven to investing the equipments and the productive machines, that improves the production, which leads to low price, to provide employment opportunities that make the financial stability, to reduce the economic fluctuating .
