Abstract EN

This research is based on studying an important jurisprudential subject entitled: «The Fiqh Disagreements of Ibn Bint Al- Shafi’i to the four Schools of Thought of Islamic Jurisprudence- review and comparison», It consisted of an introduction, preface, and three topics, The introduction was devoted to the importance of the topic, objectives, limitations of the study, previous studies, and research methodology and plan, The preface was dedicated to the life of Ibn Bint Al- Shafi’i.

The first topic discussed the jurisprudence disagreements of Ibn Bint Al- Shafi’i in worship, the second to his disagreements personal matters and the third to his fiqh disagreements in sanctions.

The research concluded with a set of results, notably: that Ibn Bint Al- Shafi’i did not see the prayers that were missed without an excuse could be made up and he also considered going from Safa to Marwah, and back to Safa as one round.

He also considered that the boy child through breastfeeding becomes the son of the woman who breastfed him and not the son of her husband, and that a quorum is not a requirement for the consideration of punishment of theft.

He was in these- and others- in disagreement to the four schools of jurisprudence
