Enjoyments as compensation for divorce in the light of the Muslim religion, this favorites the amalgam with abusive divorce included by the Algerian legislator in the family code.

Le divorce de jouissance est l'un des sujets importants qu'ignore beaucoup de gens pour ne dire qu'à peine connu par les spécialistes du statut personnel, étant dans la religion musulmane une compensation conférée à l'épouse divorcée en guise de la réconforter et la consoler.
La jouissance étant considérée comme une compensation du divorce au vu de la religion musulmane, cela favorise l’amalgame avec le divorce abusif inclus par le législateur algérien au code de la famille.
