Abstract EN

This study sheds light on the most important Requirements for Investment in sport clubs under the application of professional sports legislation especially in Algeria.

The most important finding of this study is that there are so many barriers to sports investment; the most important ones are Economic obstacles, Political barriers, media and social obstacles administrative and legislative barriers.

The study considers that overcoming these obstacles and barriers is a major requirement for successful investment in sports domain.
