Abstract EN

This formalist study explores the the following study aims at searching and finding out the reality of the formation at the institute of sciences and techniques of physical and sports activities under the total quality standards.

This is done via both gathering tenured teachers’ opinions at the institute of sciences and techniques of physical and sports activities in the university of Oum el Bouaghi.

Then, determining their attitudes concerning the formation field in the institute as well as the field of scientific research and governance as required by the principles of total quality in higher education.
