The aim of this article was to collect and arrange then present what can be drawn from the results and theories to highlight the relationship between life stress and physical diseases.

This is after defining the two variables and after a theoretical review and discussion of the relationship which was described as complex, the study revealed a list of psychosomatic diseases and how they can represent an outcome of life stress
