English Abstract

The study interrogated the effect of Legal Governance on making a limit to the benefits’ control by applying questionnaires’ technique to the active Islamic Banks in Jordan.

Because of that, financial managers and accountants, who are the study sample, were asked to fill a questionnaire prepared by the researcher.

After the questionnaires completely distributed, 81% were returned in total.

As the standards of complete and organised filling to the distributed questionnaires were highly considered, 4% were excluded.

As a result, the researcher included just 77% of the total number of questionnaires that returned, it is important to mention that the researcher used 100 questionnaires to be distributed to 4 banks with a rate of 25 questionnaires each.

Following the questionnaires’ collection, the data were analyzed by statistical methods that included Standard Deviation, Multigrade Regression Equation, and Mean.

The results revealed that areas of Legal Governance are totally high in general.

Thus, it is clear that there is an effective role for Legal Governance to limit the benefits’ control in the Jordanian Islamic Banks.
