Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى أثر عبء المعلومات الإلكترونية على اتخاذ القرار في المدارس الخاصة في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر الإداريين.

اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تطوير استبانتين، وتم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما.

حيث ركزت الاستبانة الأولى على قياس مستوى إدراك عبء المعلومات الإلكترونية، وقد تكونت من (29) فقرة، في حين ركزت الاستبانة الثانية على قياس درجة ممارسة اتخاذ القرار من قبل الإداريين، وقد تكونت من (26) فقرة.

تكونت عينة الدراسة من (330) مدیر، مساعد مدير مشرف مقيم، ومدير عام في المدارس الخاصة باستخدام أسلوب العينة الطبقية العشوائية لمديريات التربية والتعليم لواء القصبة لواء الجامعة، ولواء وادي السير في محافظة العاصمة عمان للفصل الدراسي الثاني (2016/2015).

وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة عبء المعلومات الإلكترونية التي يواجهها إداريو المدارس الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان كان مرتفعا، كما أن درجة ممارستهم لاتخاذ القرار كانت مرتفعة كذلك.

كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين درجة إدراك عبء المعلومات الإلكترونية ودرجة ممارسة اتخاذ القرار من قبل الإداريين في المدارس الخاصة في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظرهم.

وبناء على نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بضرورة تمكين الفئات العمرية، الأقل في مجال التعامل مع عبء المعلومات الإلكترونية، واتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.

English Abstract

This study is aimed to find out the effect of electronic information overload on making decisions in private schools in the Capital Amman from the point view of administrators.

The researcher utilized the descriptive correlative approach.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study, two questionnaires were developed.

Their validity and reliability were measured.

The first questionnaire was the level of administrators’ awareness of electronic information overload which consisted (29) items.

The second questionnaire was the degree of decision making which consisted (26) items.

The two questionnaires were distributed to a stratified random sample which consisted (330) participants of directors, assistants, resident supervisors and general managers in the participating private schools in the second term (2015/2016) in the educational directorates of Qasaba, University and Wadi AL Seer in Amman the Capital.
