This study is based on personal Hussein Dey last listed Pasha Algeria during the Covenant Alosmlna (1818-1830).

This article is trying to show the political maneuvers and European diplomacy in deterring the Algerian Navy .

And then access to the fan incident and sea blockade , which ended the French coast of Algeria in 1827 and the French military intervention to Algeria in 1830.
