English Abstract

It does not have a plan without knowing the natural geographical factors affecting the human manifestations hence the relationship between geography and planning so many researchers believe that the planning should have a geographical basis has led to the need to study the site careful study .

So is the climate of these natural factors that influence in urban planning , and as the wheel of time does not stop , the Western designs appeared resonated in vogue of specialists engineers, architects and urban planners in particular and the population in general admiration for the appearance of these designs without prior awareness against climate efficiency such as those made by the ancient designs , And the circulation of these designs and their implementation in the housing schemes emerged in which many negative indicators that have affected the human comfort , drew that attention of researchers and the people experienced specialists , including in the field of architecture , Voojdoa us a set of planning factors , what that followed and implemented properly , flour helped to create and achieve climatic efficiency of the city , and the focus of this research revolves around the relationship between the local climate of the city and between the bases of planning for the city of system planning and systems streets and style of building , and the old Iraqi architect smarter to choose this type of planning .
