Abstract EN

This paper aims to identify the causes related to the crisis of the linguistic terms in the Arabic language, in particular, while focusing on the various factors of the plurality and amplification of the linguistic term translated in Arabic against a single foreign term.

In order to achieve the objective of this study, we have tackled several complementary and interrelated aspects of research; mainly related to the representation of linguistic concepts, including linguistics from reception to translation, translation of the linguistic term and the cognitive context, linguistics and translation; between term and concept, in addition to the causes of the crisis of Arabic terminology, and the results of the translation of the linguistic terms into Arabic.

Finally, we propose a series of suggestions and recommendations that may contribute to overcoming the obstacles and problems marking the discourse of linguistics in Arabic in particular.
