Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the effect of Facebook on young peoples in Arab societies, especially for communities seeking to build and develop itselves, as it can the publications in some pages move them toward an idea or an act or a through particular goal.

The results of this study has shown us the strength effect of this site on the youth in each of the cities: Tebessa in Algeria and Siliana in Tunis, In our analysis of the content of a number of pages that are frequented by young people from these two cities and their reactions to what is being published which show us that this site is a double-edged sword that can be used for building and can also be used for destruction, and this depends on their level of consciousness
