English Abstract

The study aims to identify the reality of culture change in Yemeni Universities, by answering the following questions: -What is the culture change, and the role of university in reinforce culture change ? -What is the reality of culture change in Yemeni universities ? -How to activate the role of Yemeni universities in reinforce culture change? The study concluded that Yemeni universities have encountered with many challenges that hinder the process of change such as: The dominance of traditional approaches, Absence of the will and the leadership of change, Dominance of traditional curricula and teaching methods.

In light of these findings, the study provided a number of recommendations and suggestions that can contribute in perpetuating a culture of change.
