The study aimed to reveal the effect of using visualization mental associated with Learning the technical performance in the development of performance in the effectiveness of the high jump, and the sample included 12 students from students at the first school in the Faculty of Physical Education - Mustansiriya University and divided into two equal groups , one officer and used the traditional approach and the other experimental and that the researcher used the accompanying mental visualization to learn the technical performance of the effectiveness of the high jump as well as the traditional method , and after the completion of the equivalence tests and tribal tests .
