The classic means payment are not used in electronic sales contracts, that way the appearance of electronic payment become, so it is coherent with nature of e-commerce and the reason for its success.
It effects using various electronic bank cards or E-money .
However, the piracy and penetration bank statements required to devote insurance mechanisms technical and legal for protecting private informations and statements account of its users.

Les moyens classiques de paiement sont moins utilisables dans les contrats de vente électronique ; ainsi fut l’apparition du paiement électronique cohérent avec la nature du commerce électronique et a été la raison de son succès.
Il s’effectue en utilisant diverses cartes bancaires électroniques ou monnaie électronique.
Mais la piraterie et la pénétration aux relevés bancaires impose l’application des mécanismes d'assurance techniques et juridiques pour préserver les informations personnelles et données bancaires de ces utilisateurs.
