Abstract EN

The aim of our research is trying to highlight the role of training load through training programme planning for categories of young people and its impact on the development of the physical side of the explosive strength quality which positively impacts the skills in football, particularely the shot skill.

We will try to highlight the importance of physical and skill requirements according to different training loads that are commensurate with different age groups in order to develop the explosive strength of the leg muscles.

We have used in our research the experimental method in one sample, where a set of physical tests were applied.

The sample was compound of 20 players from the football middle-aged group.

The result obtained is that the application medium and high training loads are developing the explosive strength quality which positively impacts the shot skill.
