This paper aims to clarify the relationship between oil exports and Arab investments in Algeria during the period (1995-2012), through the measurement of the impact between the two variables, without neglecting other variables that affect the Arab investments in Algeria, where we have observed that the oil exports and the Arab investments in Algeria have positive and significant effect, whereas Algerian-Arab investments are affected positively by each of the oil prices, per capita income, GDP, infrastructure, education level, the exchange rate, and are also affected negatively by inflation rates
