(Cultivation theory) in the field of media studies examining media effects on the cultural environment, and whether the theory has been developed for the study of exposure to media messages on television effects in the seventies of the last century, the study is trying to use this theory adapted for the Study of New Media, to identify the roles which can be for social networking sites in general, in the Cultivation theory to the public's growing social networking process, in the aspect of the definition of the Holy Prophet Muhammad - peace be upon him - and the publication of his blessed, especially after the spread of campaigns on the site marked b (hash tag): "#Anscher_ serth, spread on a large scale.

The study aims to identify the role of campaigns on social media in the Cultivation operations, and attempts to identify the levels of this development and its components, and the reasons for its effectiveness, by discussing some of the assumptions of Cultivation theory , the way to put an outline of the plan integrated to use social networks to bring about the effects of networks Users have a positive culture towards the sunnat of the Prophet of Islam It also aims to disclose the nature of the dialogue and his approach, and the mechanism of interaction with the definition of the Holy Prophet subjects in social media , and the amount of satisfaction respondents about the level of dialogue on these issues, and the extent of their contribution, and their belief in its usefulness.

The study belong to the descriptive research is based on the scientific approach to the survey sample represented a system of community bunting social networking site users, and the way to collecting data is (questionnaire) The study found a number of important results including the fact that more than half of the sample of users of social networking sites is keen to recruit those sites through the definition of the Prophet (peace be upon him), or maintain a dialogue with friends, followers and subscribers to their own pages and accounts about the Prophet and his biography and his morals and virtues, the study so that the most important reasons for the rule of bigoted language sometimes in dialogues definition of the Prophet, peace be upon him the absence of control in social networking sites, or other cover-up of the enemies of religion behind the fake accounts or pseudonyms spit through which venom and malice on religion through Organization of campaigns to raise suspicions, and questioning the beliefs and postulates.

The study showed that a large percentage of users of social networking sites to publicize the Prophet of Islam believes in the importance and usefulness of information campaigns organized across social media to raise awareness, and disseminate facts tolerant religion, and to respond to suspicions and falsehoods that plague those sites as well.
