The universality of Arabic literature is linked to a set of universal conditions and standards, which occidental comparative studies have sought to consolidate it by advocating the unification of literary models of different cultural backgrounds and their technical characteristics in a unified style derived from the occidental literary sample, to give continance and universality to the Occidental masterworks, and to ensure the greatest melting of nations from different nationalities in the Occidental culture, literature and thought in its quest towards the dream of universality.

The concept of the universality of literature, despite its great 28 challenges, has become an important necessity for the weak nations after realizing its effectiveness in laying the settin up of the civilized dialogue between the ego and the other in order to change the bad vision of the Occident concerning the Orient.

Through these intellectual and philosophical interactions, the idea of the universality of Islamic literature arose to face a range of challenges, which stem from the Occidental cultural and intellectual domination, in addition to the economic and political ones(domination), to present the real conflict between the precept of the stability of Islamic identity in committed literature and universal condional standards that do not recognize the culture of difference.
