Abstract EN

Throught deconstruction's approach we try to question the liberal feminist movmentes and their different waves, and we seek out to discuss the new consciousness that is constituted within the third feminist wave, and the possibility of new condition of equality and liberalism that is realised by this wave, by protesting the status of women within patriarchal society and grasping body by the category of the gender.

Gender category here as a conception used within analysis of human relations between men and women in constituons of indentities in cultural discrimination .all these issues we discussed by reading the text "sex this other" of Simon de Pouvoir and "Difference in islamic arabic culture" of Amel Grami .We used them to explore the way of the construction of gendred identity and how it conducts in societies of cultural difference.
