English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of technological innovation in the activation of making industrial enterprises through processes that relate to all that is positive, which relates to products as well as production methods.

To achieve this objective of this study focused on the Regional Directorate for the transfer of fuel through pipelines –skikda- where he was drafting a questionnaire was distributed to a sample represent the view of these workers and the Directorate's 40.

After unloading the answers and analyzing results, study concluded that technological innovation has an important role in activating the decisions Directorate and this is what achieved by digital control system (DCS) to provide as much information and obtained from the operating centers, which allowed in turn making decisions more effectively and speeding.

The study also provided some suggestions that will develop and improve this important aspect in the activity of any institution and private industrial enterprises also provided.
