The promotion element is no less important than other elements of the marketing mix , this makes the identification of the needs and desires of customers, and moving towards satisfying them through the design and delivery of appropriate services to them at the reasonable price and the appropriate time and place not enough unless there is a mean of communication which pushing individuals to make a decision to deal with the islamic banks or continue as clients with them in the future.
This paper attempts to highlight the elements of the promotional mix represented in advertising, personal sales and sales promotion, as well as public relations, which used to promote the services of islamic banks whether financial, banking or social services, as well as to identify the most important "sharia controls" which governing the promotional process.
