The present study try to explain the effect of the E-government to activate the E-democracy.E-government uses information and communication technology to provide citizens with information about public services.E-Government is the latest and most important topics of study at the moment and brings this subject among many science as computer science, information systems and legal and political concepts such as political systems and public administration and democratic and interactive participation ".Electronic democracy is one aspect of e-Government application but brighter and positive face of this type of Government.Electronic democracy is paramount to e-Governments with full interaction and total harmony between Governments and peoples through activation of electronic democracy of popular participation and electronic e-election electronic voting using modern ICT tools provided through Government websites and forums and polls.Using e-mail, text messages, voice, and video in order to achieve greater communication between Governments and peoples and access more progress and political stability and community.
