Abstract EN

The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors contributing to The recent democratic transitions in The Middle East, with special reference to the political culture i.e civic culture as the basic entrance to discuss the democtratization’s process, This study is done in relation to the individual’s directions, aptitudes, values and knowledge, and which someone received and inherited from the community he belongs to.

So ideas, pattern of life, and the abilitity of giving jugements by people towards political system reflect the identity ans affiliation which constitute the values’ reference to build the general culture.

Therefor this political culture is still missing in the Arab countries and the Middles’ East ones especially.
