Abstract EN
This study aimed to find out the reality of the Arabic language training episode second stage of Basic education during the service in West Kordofan State, Locality Al-Nuhood amodel from the standpoint of education experts on basic educational Competences, The two researchers adopted the descriptive methodology to conduct the study.
the study population of professors in the faculty of education, university of West Kordofan and directors of teacher training institutes in West Kordofan and teachers training schools, faculty of education, university of West Kordofan and teachers and Arabic inspectors locality Al-Nuhood and interested and education in West Kordofan, numbering about (50) experts representing education experts in West Kordofan chose The researchers consisted sample of (10) experts by 20% of The sample original community instrument which the study employed was an interview set of questions directed to the educational experts.
The study came up with a number of findings the most important of which that the subjects confirmed that the basic educational competences needed by the teachers of Arabic language are the linguistic competences, the professional competences and the personal competences.
All of the exerts who were interviewed affirmed that the majority of the Arabic language teachers in West Kordofan State are not trained and that there is a n urgent need for advanced training of these teachers in Arabic language and the teaching methods relevant to it.
The experts stated that the localities do not have a systematic programme for training and they just depend on assignments provided by the Federal Ministry of Education for training teachers.
The study made some recommendations the most important of which are: (a) attention to in-service training by developing relevant programmes to keep abreast with the new innovations in the field of training, (b) the necessity of the provision of the new technologies for training the Nasic Level teachers in West Korodofan State, and (c) the necessity of teachers participation in designing the training programmes in terms of content and methods of execution in the way that suits their work conditions and their needs.
