Abstract EN

The economic freedom represents the most important basis that market economy, is depending on , contains many principles and foundations as freedom of individual property , freedom of economc activities and full competition and consumer freedom in the market, it’s sameprinciples adopted by the Algerian legislature which enshrined in legal texts of pursue to market economy, Through recognition of freedom of competition in 1995 under decree n° 95/06 as well as emphasizing the freedom of trade and industry in 1996 constitution and ensure of private ownership, It’s the same direction which highlighted in particular in the light of the constitutional amendment and contained in law n° 16/01 which included a complete formulation of foundations of economic freedom, that was the expression on it implicitly through the adoption of its principles inarticle n° 43.
