Abstract EN

The importance of the research lies in identifying the level of administrative skills that the members of the Iraqi national Paralympic Committee members have.

The problem of the research lies in answering the following question : what is the level of administrative skills that the Iraqi national Paralympic committee members have? The researchers used the descriptive method.

The subjects were (125) federation coaches and referees both local and international.

A scale was designed and applied on the subjects in a pilot study followed by the main questionnaire.

The researchers stressed on testing Iraqi national Paralympic committee members for administrative skill level specially before elections.
