This study dealt with the psychological and social dimentions of the saalig (outcast) poetry .

it targeted the concekt of outcasting ‘ its social and ecosmic motives cind its psychological association of ideas througr samples of their poetic production.

The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method.

One of the most sighificant results of the study is that outcasting is on inevi table result of econouical and social circumstaces that were imposed on that category of poets that their poetry is on expressive image of their expectations and pains ‘ and that the psycho.
